Certified by the State Bar as a Criminal Law Specialist since 1983, Donald C. Randolph, has a wealth of experience in criminal defense. Mr. Randolph has represented clients throughout the United States and has been involved in numerous complex and precedent-setting high-profile cases. Mr. Randolph has significant experience in complex government and business fraud cases, and has successfully resolved cases involving treaty violations, computer hacking and Internet-related crimes. Mr. Randolph also has particular expertise in defending sex crimes in both state and federal courts. As a West Point graduate and retired Army Captain, Mr. Randolph is uniquely qualified to defend cases that have overlapping civil, criminal and military law components.
