The intersection of Collins Street and Reseda Boulevard in Tarzana was closed for hours after two people died in a collision between a motorcycle and Honda sedan. Los Angeles police said that the motorcycle hit the driver's side of the car.
Motorcyclist killed by hit-and-run driver
The California Highway Patrol reported that a hit-and-run driver was responsible for the death of a motorcyclist on April 2. At around 5:50 p.m., a 53-year-old man was struck by an SUV while he was riding his motorcycle along southbound Highway 101 in San Mateo. A witness to the accident said that the SUV driver stopped for a moment and got out of the vehicle before driving off.
